Ingredients
- Chicken Wings: 2 lbs (about 900g), separated into flats and drumettes
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
For the Sriracha Honey Sauce
- Sriracha Sauce: ¼ cup
- Honey: 3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar (or white vinegar): 1 tbsp
- Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
- Butter: 2 tbsp, melted

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Step 2: Bake the Wings
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Arrange wings in a single layer, leaving space between each wing.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 3: Make the Sriracha Honey Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and melted butter.
- Heat over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until sauce slightly thickens. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Step 4: Toss Wings in Sauce
- Once wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the Sriracha honey sauce over the wings.
- Toss gently to ensure every wing is coated evenly.
Step 5: Serve
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
- Serve hot with celery sticks or your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips for Perfect Wings
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2–3 minutes.
- Adjust the Sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
- Air fryer option: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
