  • Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar (or white vinegar): 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
  • Butter: 2 tbsp, melted

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Step 2: Bake the Wings

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Arrange wings in a single layer, leaving space between each wing.
  3. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3: Make the Sriracha Honey Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and melted butter.
  2. Heat over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until sauce slightly thickens. Stir frequently to prevent burning.

Step 4: Toss Wings in Sauce

  1. Once wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl.
  2. Pour the Sriracha honey sauce over the wings.
  3. Toss gently to ensure every wing is coated evenly.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
  2. Serve hot with celery sticks or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips for Perfect Wings

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2–3 minutes.
  • Adjust the Sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
  • Air fryer option: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
